These Terms govern your use of Fit Empires pages, digital products, emails, and member content. By accessing or purchasing from Fit Empires, you agree to these Terms.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use or purchase our products.
Educational fitness information
Fit Empires provides general fitness and wellness education, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, especially if you have an injury, condition, symptoms, or concerns. Stop and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login, and activity under your account. Digital access is for the purchaser's personal use and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold. We may suspend access for misuse, security concerns, chargebacks, refunds, or material violations of these Terms.
Purchases and digital delivery
Prices and included materials are shown at checkout and may change before purchase. Unless clearly identified otherwise, purchases are one-time digital-product purchases. Delivery may occur by email, download, protected portal, or a combination of these methods. You are responsible for using the same accurate email address at checkout and for checking spam or filtered folders.
14-day Fit Start Guarantee
For a purchased Fit Empires digital product, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date by emailing [email protected] or replying to your receipt or access email. If a full refund is approved, access to the refunded product and its protected materials will be removed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Requests made after the 14-day period are not eligible under this guarantee, except where required by law. We may request information needed to locate and verify the purchase and may deny fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive claims where permitted by law.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Fit Empires and its licensors own the product content, designs, text, downloads, videos, trademarks, and related materials. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, upload, share login access, create competing materials from, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with our systems, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, use the services unlawfully, or violate another person's rights.
Results and disclaimers
Individual results vary based on many factors. We do not promise specific weight, strength, health, income, or other outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit Empires will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the products or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
Payment, hosting, email, analytics, and portal features may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Fit Empires is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
